本文采用遗传算法研究了当地下介质为层状分布时地震—大地电磁（MT）之间的联合反演问题。在模型试算的基础上，对大庆地区实际资料进行了处理，取得了满意的效果。
In this paper, the genetic algorithm is used to study the joint inversion problem of the earthquakes-earth electromagnetism (MT) when the subsoil is stratified distribution. Based on the model trial calculation, the actual data of Daqing area were processed and satisfactory results were obtained.
