目的:观察半四左方对大鼠实验性胃溃疡和血清胃泌素(GAS)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响,探讨半四左方抗胃溃疡损伤的作用机制。方法:采用束缚水浸应激法和醋酸法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型。经半四左方干预后(含生药6.3 g.kg-1,水浸应激法造模前连续ig 15 d,醋酸法造模后连续ig 5 d,测定水浸应激溃疡大鼠溃疡指数、醋酸型溃疡大鼠溃疡面积、以及2个溃疡模型大鼠血清GAS,NO水平。结果:半四左方可显著降低束缚水浸应激溃疡大鼠溃疡指数(P<0.01)和醋酸型溃疡大鼠溃疡面积(P<0.01),并能降低胃溃疡大鼠异常升高的血清GAS,NO(P<0.01),使之恢复至接近正常水平。结论:半四左方具有明显的抗胃溃疡作用,其作用机制可能与其影响大鼠血清GAS和NO水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of “BSLZ” on experimental gastric ulcer and serum gastrin (GAS) and nitric oxide (NO) in rats and to explore the mechanism of the effect of “He Si” on gastric ulcer injury. Methods: The model of gastric ulcer in rats was established by the binding immersion stress method and acetic acid method. After intervention by semi-four-left (crude drug 6.3 g.kg-1, continuous ig for 15 d before water immersion stress model and continuous ig for 5 d after acetic acid method, ulcer index , Ulcer area of rats with acetic acid ulcer and serum GAS, NO level of two ulcer rats.Results: Semi-Si left can significantly reduce ulcer index (P0.01) and acetate-type ulcer (P <0.01), and can reduce the abnormally elevated serum GAS and NO in gastric ulcer rats (P <0.01), and return to near normal level.Conclusion: The mechanism of ulcer may be related to its effect on serum GAS and NO levels in rats.
