公司05年净利年增长17.8%,显著高于行业水平。收购新钢铁06年全年并帐,收购资金为定向增发及延迟对价,延迟对价款可提高ROE约29%。收购提高了负债比率。铁矿石以母公司提供为主,较市场价享有优惠10%;成为国内超大型钢铁联合企业。预测公司06年EPS较05年持平,但显著好于行业水平。公司对国内钢铁行业有整合能力。维持短期“中性”的投资评级,但长期评级则提高至“收集”。
