在Am-Li同位素中子源质询铀样品时间关联符合法测量铀材料质量和丰度初步研究工作基础上,利用加速器产生14MeV快中子作为激发源,进一步开展了时间关联符合法测量铀材料样品中铀质量和铀丰度的实验研究。1铀样品4种不同丰度的铀样品:1.8%、3.2%、4.2%、10%,均为UO2芯块,密度为10.1g/cm3,直径为8mm。2实验条件中子质询测量铀材料的丰度和质量的主要依据是235U和238U的裂变截面在低能中子,特别是热中子,差别大,因此专门设计了慢化体(图1)。
