太平天国人才选拔主要通过两个途径进行。科举考试,是定期选拔治国人才的主要方式,招贤则是不定期选拔应用型技术人才的方式。在其人才选拔过程中,体现出了超乎历朝历代的改革内容,具有在那个时代所具有的先进成分。
Taiping Heavenly Talent Selection mainly through two channels. Imperial examinations are the main ways to select and govern the country’s talent on a regular basis. Recruitment is a way of selecting applied technical talents from time to time. In the course of selecting its talents, it embodied the contents of reform that surpassed the previous dynasties and possessed the advanced elements of that era.
