人力资源管理属于现代企业重要管理内容之一。随着市场竞争不断加剧,对企业现有人力资源展开高效培训管理,已逐步成为现代企业面对人才竞争、解决人才短缺问题的主要方法。本文通过分析现阶段人力资源管理中培训管理模式存在的不足,对培训管理收益计算方法进行介绍,在此基础上探讨提高企业培训管理收益的有效措施。
Human resource management is one of the important management contents of modern enterprise. As competition in the market continues to intensify, efficient training and management of the existing human resources of enterprises has gradually become the main method used by modern enterprises in the face of talent competition and talent shortage. By analyzing the shortcomings of the current training management model in human resources management, this paper introduces the methods of calculating the benefits of training management, and on this basis, discusses the effective measures to improve the benefits of training management.
