目的:研究大鼠眶皮质各区的端脑传入纤维联系.方法:HRP逆行示踪法.结果:将HRP泳入右侧眶皮质各区,在双侧额前皮质、扣带回、梨状区、额叶、顶叶、颞叶及部分岛叶皮质中有程度不同的标记细胞,在同侧皮质下端脑的屏状核、苍白球、斜角带核、无名质及杏仁复合体中也有程度不同的标记细胞.结论:眶皮质各区的皮质及皮质下端脑的传入纤维起始部位及数量均有区别.本文着重分析了眶皮质与扣带皮质、新皮质和杏仁体的相互纤维联系,为解释有关眶回的临床现象提供了一定的形态学依据.
