目的研究红细胞和白细胞变形性在脑血管病中的作用。方法采用DXL—400型核孔滤膜细胞变形能力测定仪,测定45例急性脑梗死病人和30例健康对照组的红细胞和白细胞变形能力。结果同健康对照组相比较,急性脑梗死病人的红细胞变形能力显著下降(P<0.05),而白细胞变形能力下降更为显著(P<0.01)。结论红细胞与白细胞变形性,特别是白细胞变形性在急性脑梗死中起重要作用,其动态检测可指导治疗
Objective To study the role of erythrocyte and leukocyte deformability in cerebrovascular disease. Methods DXL-400 nuclear pore membrane deformability meter was used to measure the deformability of erythrocytes and leukocytes in 45 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 healthy controls. Results Compared with healthy control group, the ability of erythrocyte deformability in acute cerebral infarction patients was significantly decreased (P <0.05), while the degeneration ability of leukocytes was more significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Erythrocytes and leukocyte deformability, especially leukocyte deformability, play an important role in acute cerebral infarction and their dynamic detection can guide therapy
