课堂是提升教师教学质量的一个主要载体,课堂教学是一个动态化的过程。作为高中语文教师,如何有效地掌控课堂,提高课堂的活跃度,保证课堂教学的效率和质量是提高教师整体教学质量的一个关键点。夸美纽斯曾说:“寻找一种教育手段或是教育方法,让教师能够少教,让学生能够多学,让学校可以营造一种愉快、闲暇的进步与发展。”这样的教育理念始终是教师的最高追求,尤其是我国展开新课改活动之后,每一位语文教师都应在工作中不断落实“少教多学”的教育思想。
Classroom is a main carrier to improve teachers’ teaching quality. Classroom teaching is a dynamic process. As a high school language teacher, how to effectively control the classroom, improve the activity of the classroom and ensure the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching are the key points to improve the overall teaching quality of teachers. Comenius said: “Looking for an educational tool or an education method that allows teachers to teach less and enable students to learn more so that the school can create a pleasant, leisurely progress and development.” Philosophy has always been the highest pursuit of teachers, especially after our country started a new curriculum reform, every Chinese teacher should constantly implement the education philosophy of “Less education and more study”.
