以中药毫菊乙酸乙酯提取物对人工培养恶性疟疟原虫p．falciparum进行了疗效观察。结果乙酸乙酯总提取物显示一定疗效。乙酸乙酯总提取物在培养基中浓度达到100mg／ml时，能在第5天抑制培养基中红细胞疟原虫的生长。
In order to artificially cultivate P. falciparum p. The falciparum was observed for efficacy. Results The total ethyl acetate extract showed some efficacy. When the total ethyl acetate extract concentration reached 100 mg/ml in the culture medium, the growth of P. erythropolis in the medium could be inhibited on the 5th day.
