深化分配制度改革,体现公平正义的社会主义价值目标,实现经济社会的可持续发展,必须系统地解读邓小平的分配思想。邓小平的分配思想经历了坚持按劳分配、先富带共富与克服平均主义到消除两极分化三个阶段。既要反对平均主义,又要反对收入分配过于悬殊;既要关注个人利益,又要兼顾国家、集体利益;既要重视发展生产,又要兼顾人民群众生活。分配问题关系到经济发展和社会稳定,必须把深化分配制度改革作为改革的系统工程加以解决。
Deepening the reform of the distribution system, embodying the socialist value goal of fairness and justice, and realizing the sustainable economic and social development, we must systematically interpret Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on distribution. Deng Xiaoping’s thought of distribution went through three stages: persistence in distribution according to work, enrichment and prosperity first, totalitarianism and overcoming egalitarianism, and eliminating polarization. We must oppose egalitarianism and oppose excessive disparities in income distribution. We must pay attention to both individual and collective interests while paying attention to the development of production and the people’s livelihood. The distribution issue is related to economic development and social stability. We must solve the problem of deepening the reform of the distribution system as a systematic project of reform.
