建立了6%阿维菌素·氟铃脲水乳剂含量测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经乙腈溶解过滤后直接进行含量分析。采用ODS2-C18反相色谱柱,用乙腈∶水(85∶15v/v)作为流动相等度洗脱,外标法定量。阿维菌素和氟铃脲分别在50～700mg/L和100～1500mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9999。同时该方法具有很好的准确度和精密度,阿维菌素和氟铃脲的平均回收率分别为99.7%和99.8%;变异系数分别为1.29%和0.42%.
An HPLC method for the determination of 6% abamectin and hexaflumuron emulsion was established. The sample was directly dissolved in acetonitrile for content analysis. Using ODS2-C18 reversed-phase column, acetonitrile: water (85:15v / v) as the mobile phase isocratic elution, external standard. Avermectin and hexaflumuron showed a good linear relationship in the range of 50 ~ 700mg / L and 100 ~ 1500mg / L respectively with correlation coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9999, respectively. At the same time, the method has good accuracy and precision. The average recoveries of avermectin and hexaflumuron are 99.7% and 99.8% respectively, and the coefficients of variation are 1.29% and 0.42% respectively.
