法律监督是法制实施过程中的辅助手段,它产生的效益不像经济手段那样直接和明显,而是以一种间接和隐性的效果真实地存在社会中。通过对法律监督效益的经济分析,能找到实现法律监督效益的有效途径,从而实现法律监督效益的最大化。
