为促进我国汽车产业持续、健康、有序地发展,在国家发改委、科技部、商务部等部委司局指导下,中国汽车技术研究中心、中国汽车工程学会、天津经济技术开发区管委会联合主办的2005中国汽车产业发展国际论坛于2005年9月27—28日在天津经济技术开发区(泰达,TEDA)召开。“汽车产业‘十一五’发展的方向和重点”是本次论坛的主题。一些领导、专家和学者在论坛上作了精彩演讲和报告,其许多观点和精辟论述当引起业界关注和思考。由于时间关系,本刊第10期仅对论坛作了简短报道。下面特将相关的片段或整文,摘编出来,以资参考。
In order to promote the sustained, healthy and orderly development of China’s automobile industry, under the guidance of the ministries and commissions such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Commerce, the China Automotive Technology Research Center, the China Automotive Engineering Society and the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone The 2005 China Auto Industry Development International Forum was held in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone (TEDA) on September 27-28, 2005. “The direction and focus of the development of automobile industry during the 11th Five-Year Plan” is the theme of this forum. Some leaders, experts and scholars made wonderful speeches and reports at the forum. Many of their views and incisive arguments have drawn the attention of the industry.
