中国将从四方面加强国际标准版权保护“中国是国际标准化组织(ISO)的常任理事国,保护国际标准版权是中国的义务和责任。”2014年10月21日,在由国家质检总局、国家版权局、国家标准委联合主办的推进国际标准版权保护工作座谈会上,国家标准委有关负责人表示,将加大ISO正版标准在中国的销售推广力度。针对今后我国该怎样加强国际标准版权保护工作,国家标准委党组成员郭辉提出,首先要在全国“双打”的机制框架下,继续加大与政府执法部门和地方的联动与合作。
China will strengthen copyright protection of international standards in four aspects: “China is a permanent member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and it is China’s obligation and responsibility to protect international standards.” “On October 21, 2014, General Administration, the State Copyright Bureau, the National Standards Institute co-sponsored the promotion of international standards of copyright work forum, the National Standards Commission official said it will increase the ISO genuine sales promotion efforts in China. Aiming at how to strengthen the copyright protection of international standards in the future, Guo Hui, a member of the National Standards Committee, first proposed that the government should continue to intensify the linkage and cooperation with the government law enforcement departments and local governments under the framework of the national ”Douban" mechanism.
