干细胞疗法是近年来医学发展的一大进步,已被广泛应用于包括肿瘤治疗、组织再生修复、器官移植等疾病治疗领域.但是由于干细胞在外源性因素下会异常分化,因此有必要对干细胞进行标记,并对移植后的干细胞实现实时示踪及监控,从而有利地揭示干细胞移植后的存活、滞留、分化、迁移等生物学行为规律.干细胞示踪技术种类繁多,其中分子影像学发展迅速是研究的热点之一,具体选用哪一种影像示踪技术示踪、监视干细胞还需要我们依据其优缺点进行选择.本文将对主要的干细胞影像示踪技术的研究进展进行综述,并对比其示踪成像的优缺点.“,”The stem cells therapy is a great advance of medical development recently,and the applications of stem cells are/were researching and investigating by many domestic and foreign researchers at present,including oncotherapy,tissue regeneration and repair,organ transplantation and so on.But stem cells can be prosoplasia induced by exogenous factors,thus,it is necessary to label stem cells,accordingly,revealing the biological behaviors of stem cells,such as survive,retention,differentiation,migration and so on.At present,there is a variety of stem cells tracer technique,and molecular imaging develops rapidly and is one of the study hot topics.While which kind of imaging tracer technique is chosen to track and monitor stem cells depending on their advantages and disadvantages.We will sum up the development of the main imaging tracer technique and make comparisons among them in this article.
