随着外贸体制改革的进展,一批生产企业将获得自营进出口权,有一批生产企业将选择出口代理制。他们在外贸活动中享有签约权、出国谈判权、外汇调剂权等等一系列权利。在享受各种权利的同时,理所当然地也应该承担某些风险。譬如说,完不成任务受罚的风险,不能履行合同应负的经济责任和法律责任,以及进入国际市场竞争失败的风险等等。
