本研究采取问卷调查的方法进行了新一轮“面向用户信息生活”的市民信息需求调查,其数据与1995年“市民信息需求与利用行为调查”进行了比较,发现13年间我国市民在信息需求取向、信息源选择、信息行为障碍、信息渠道期望等方面都发生了变迁,这些变迁对新时期的信息服务机构提出了新的任务。
In this study, a new round of citizen information needs survey was conducted by means of questionnaire survey. The data was compared with 1995 “Survey of Citizens’ Information Needs and Utilization” and found that in the past 13 years, China Citizens have undergone changes in the orientation of information needs, the selection of information sources, the obstacles in information behavior, and the expectations of information channels. These changes have set new tasks for information service agencies in the new era.
