随着城市化的加速,小城镇发展迅猛。上宅下店式建筑在小城镇比较普遍,而又对镇容景观有重要的影响。由于受经济、场地等多方面的影响和制约,上宅下店式建筑往往出现样式单调、空间封闭狭窄、采光通风条件差等情况。本人根据当地居民的经济实力,应邀设计了单开间和两开间的上宅下店式建筑,利用屋顶追求建筑的实用与美观,现简要说明如下: 1.为适应不同经济实力的居民需要,设计单开间和两开间建筑,单开间一般为三层、两开间一般为两层。考虑到沿街镇容景观的高低变化,单开间和两开间进行组合,使得沿街建筑错落有致(见组合图)。 2.上宅下店式建筑,一般进深比较大,室内通风采光条件比较差、室外空间比较封闭狭窄,因此,笔者对惯用的坡屋顶进行研究,采取非对称坡的方法,设计上人屋顶和阁楼,屋顶平台为居民提供了户外活动及观
