目的研究思密达对Ｃｕｓｈｉｎｇ＇ｓ溃疡的预防和治疗作用。方法对３０例易发生或已发生Ｃｕｓｈｉｎｇ＇ｓ溃疡上消化道出血的病人在给药前后测胃液ｐＨ值及血清胃泌素水平。结果用药前后胃液ｐＨ值及血清胃泌素水平有显著差异。结论思密达对Ｃｕｓｈｉｎｇ＇ｓ溃疡及其引起的上消化道出血有预防和治疗作用。
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Smecta on Cushing’s ulcer. Methods Thirty patients with Cushing’s ulcer and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were tested for gastric pH and serum gastrin level before and after administration. Results Before and after treatment of gastric juice pH value and serum gastrin levels were significantly different. Conclusion Smecta can prevent and treat Cushing’s ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
