目的:探讨机体在脾虚状态下对消化道感染白念珠菌的易感性。方法:本实验采用饮食失节加劳倦过度的复合因素制备小鼠脾虚证模型,经消化道感染白念珠菌,观察小鼠的体重变化及一般状况的改变,并检测粪便中的活白念珠菌数,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定脾虚模型小鼠肠组织表达的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的含量。结果:脾虚感染组小鼠的体重下降明显(P<0.01),且一般状况欠佳,便活菌数持续增高,小肠组织IgA含量明显低于其它各组(P<0.01)。结论:机体在脾虚状态下对消化道感染白念珠菌的易感性增强。
Objective: To investigate the body’s susceptibility to C. albicans infection in the digestive tract in spleen deficiency. Methods: The model of spleen-deficiency syndrome was prepared by the combination of eating disorders and overworking. The model of spleen-deficiency syndrome was established in mice. The Candida albicans was inoculated in the digestive tract to observe the change of body weight and the general status of the mice. , And the content of immunoglobulin A (IgA) expressed in intestinal tissue of mice with spleen deficiency model was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The body weight of mice with spleen infection was significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the general status was not good. The number of viable cells increased continuously and the content of IgA in intestinal tissue was significantly lower than that of other groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The body in the spleen state of digestive tract infection with Candida albicans increased susceptibility.
