30只SD大鼠随机分成三组,在给大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(55mg/kg体重)前3天,分别予以生理盐水喂服、烟酰胺(1g·kg体重-1/天)喂服和肌注,并连续用药两周。结果显示,用生理盐水喂服的大鼠,在注射链脲佐菌素后全部出现持续稳定的高血糖(>16.6mmol/L),24小时尿糖量明显高于正常(P<0.001),形态学检查显示胰岛萎缩,β细胞数量下降;用药大鼠禁食血糖与24小时尿糖量均正常或接近正常,胰岛形态与β细胞功能均与正常大鼠无显著性差异,表明烟酰胺对链脲佐菌素引致糖尿病有较好的防治作用。
Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups.
