在羽毛球技术学习中,通常我们所指的技术学习多数是强调对持拍手技术的学习,而对辅助手技术的学习相对较少,羽毛球教科书上对辅助手技术的介绍也很少。本研究从实际出发,科学的论述辅助手的概念及其在羽毛球运动中的重要作用,并通过访谈法、文献资料法和实践经验总结对辅助手训练的作用和方法进行探讨,最后得出结论和建议以便对羽毛球技术的学习和训练提供一定的指导。
In badminton technology learning, most of the technical studies we usually refer to emphasize the study of clapping skills, while relatively few are aids in assistive technology, and there are few introduction of assistant techniques in badminton textbooks. Based on the actual situation, this study scientifically discusses the concept of auxiliary hand and its important role in badminton and discusses the role and method of auxiliary hand training through interview, literature and practice, and finally concludes And suggestions in order to learn badminton techniques and training to provide some guidance.
