解放以来,我省军民与干部在毛主席、中央、中南和本省各级党政领导下,经过各种社会改革运动,在军事、政治、经济、文化等各个战线上,发挥了高度爱国主义的积极性与创造性,进一步巩固了新民主主义政权,恢复并发展了生产,为国家大规模建设准备了条件。工业上:通通订立爱国公约与增产节约运动以及推广先进经验运动,把职工群众组织到爱国主义劳动竞赛中来,并由此推向以提高技术,树立制度,改善方法,改善劳动组织,学习推广先进经验,开展群众性的创造发明和合理化建设,「找窍门」等为主的正常、合理、持久、全面的道路
