一、主题(一)主题的含义与作用一篇应用文总要通过文中所选用的各种事实材料和理论材料,来说明某个问题,表达对这个问题所持有的某种特定的看法和主张。这个特定的看法和主张,是贯穿全文的核心。文章中的一切叙述与议论,都要围绕着这个核心来展开。这个核心,就是主题。在论说类的应用文中,主题是指文章中的中心论点;在记叙类的应用文中,主题是指文章的中心思想;在公文类的应用文中,主题是指对所提出的某项工作的重要意见。在文章写作上,主题是统帅,是灵魂。所谓统帅,是指写作中的诸多环节,如材料的选择、全文的谋篇布局与语言的运用等,都要听从主题的调遣,受它制约,为它服务。忽视了主题的统帅作用,材料、语言、结构、表达手段都将成为乌合之众,溃不成军。所谓灵魂,是指有如血肉之躯的神经,如果把文章比作血肉,那么材料、语言、结构等就如文章的血肉,那么深刻明确的主题就恰似神经。血肉之躯靠着神经的支撑才能显现出活力;文章靠着
