I. Overview Japan’s development of premixed oysters (also known as commodity crickets in China) has so far been almost 40 years old. At the time, in order to rejuvenate Japan’s disaster caused by the Great Kanto Earthquake and the war of aggression against Japan, construction of buildings and roads and other civil engineering projects became increasingly urgent. In 1949, the construction of Japan’s first premixed concrete mixing plant began on the island. In 1951, the company purchased the air-entraining agent Wensha Er from the United States to begin production of the AE. In 1954, it introduced the mixing station and mixing conveyor technology from the United States, and made a series of improvements to create a high-quality stirrer.
