This article aims to study the dog biliary Oddi sphincter (SO) motor characteristics; followed by understanding the impact of erythromycin (SO) on dog SO function and its mechanism. Low compliance capillary gas-liquid perfusion system for dog biliary pressure measurement. The results showed: (1) intravenous administration of EM (7mg / kg / 30min) on dog SO have exciting effect: a. Increasing the amplitude and duration of phase contractions (from 8.8 ± 102 mmHg to 14, respectively).
