采用直接沉淀法制备纳米ZnO单结构粉体和复合结构粉体,利用SEM和PL方法表征分析样品。研究了不同煅烧温度对制备纳米ZnO单结构粉体影响,研究发现较高的煅烧温度可以制备出较高质量低缺陷,均匀性较好的纳米ZnO粉体。通过加入NaOH联合沉淀剂方法控制纳米ZnO复合结构粉体的形成,研究中发现这种较为复杂的ZnO复合结构粉体具有较高的缺陷态密度。
The nano-ZnO single-structure powder and composite structure powder were prepared by direct precipitation method. The samples were characterized by SEM and PL. The effects of different calcination temperature on the preparation of single-structure nano-ZnO powder were studied. It was found that higher calcination temperature could produce nano-ZnO powder with higher quality and lower defects and better uniformity. The formation of ZnO nanostructured composite powders was controlled by the addition of NaOH in combination with a precipitant. The relatively complex ZnO composite powders were found to have higher defect density.
