特定电磁波育秧与水稻生理代谢的研究

用特定电磁波辐射(简称TDP)处理的秧苗干重、淀粉酶、α—淀粉酶和过氧化氨酶活性、叶绿素含量、根系活力以及根系对~(32)P和~(86)Rb的吸收等都优于用蒸汽育成的秧苗;过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶谱带较多、显色较深。而且,大田栽培阶段的叶面积指数(LAI)和净同化率(NAR)也高于蒸汽秧。就上述指标,TDP处理者均优于红外线(仍系电磁波辐射源)处理。 The dry weight, amylase, α-amylase and peroxidase activity, chlorophyll content, root vigor and the uptake of ~ (32) P and ~ (86) Rb in the roots of seedlings treated with specific electromagnetic radiation (TDP) Are better than the seedlings with steam bred; peroxidase and esterase isoenzyme bands more deep color. Moreover, leaf area index (LAI) and net assimilation rate (NAR) during field cultivation were also higher than that of steam seedlings. In terms of the above indicators, TDP processors are better than infrared (still electromagnetic radiation source) processing.
