用特定电磁波辐射(简称TDP)处理的秧苗干重、淀粉酶、α—淀粉酶和过氧化氨酶活性、叶绿素含量、根系活力以及根系对~(32)P和~(86)Rb的吸收等都优于用蒸汽育成的秧苗;过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶谱带较多、显色较深。而且,大田栽培阶段的叶面积指数(LAI)和净同化率(NAR)也高于蒸汽秧。就上述指标,TDP处理者均优于红外线(仍系电磁波辐射源)处理。
The dry weight, amylase, α-amylase and peroxidase activity, chlorophyll content, root vigor and the uptake of ~ (32) P and ~ (86) Rb in the roots of seedlings treated with specific electromagnetic radiation (TDP) Are better than the seedlings with steam bred; peroxidase and esterase isoenzyme bands more deep color.
