我国的住房公积金制度于1991年在上海建立以来,不断得到发展和完善,它已经成为住房分配的一种重要形式,在深化住房制度改革、促进房地产市场发展、解决居民住房等方面,都发挥了积极的作用。同时,经过我国各个地方政府不断的探索,逐步建立起了适合我国国情的社会保障机制,创立了具有中国特色的住房制度。此后,我国的住房公积金制度也步入了制度化的发展,并且不断的完善,出现新的发展趋势。
