基于对质量管理体系的理论研究,提出了一种新颖的策划平台(CRPT平台),平台的基本构架是从前端关注特性及影响特性的所有风险,到中间过程关注并寻求影响风险的主要原因及其生存条件,采取有效措施,最后将采取的措施和监视测量重构到相应过程中的具体工作任务上,形成一个管理上的闭环。
Based on the theoretical research of the quality management system, a novel planning platform (CRPT platform) is proposed. The basic framework of the platform is to focus on the characteristics of the frontend and all the risks affecting the characteristics, and to pay attention to the middle process and seek the main reasons that affect the risk.
