2004年5月1日,由劳动和社会保障部颁发的《企业年金试行办法》正式实施,同时实施的还有由劳保部、证监会、银监会、保监会四部委共同发布的《企业年金基金管理试行办法》。两部管理办法的出台,标志着我国企业年金法规体系已基本形成。
On May 1, 2004, the “Trial Measures for Enterprise Annuity” issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security was formally implemented. At the same time, there were also the “Trial Implementation of Enterprise Annuity Fund Management jointly issued by the four ministries, namely Labor Insurance Department, China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Banking Regulatory Commission and China Insurance Regulatory Commission, Method”. The promulgation of the two management measures indicates that the system of enterprise annuity laws and regulations in our country has basically taken shape.
