目的:研究阿奇霉素注射液与5种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍混合液吸收曲线的变化。结果:25℃,24 h内混合溶液的性状,pH,吸收峰,吸收曲线无显著性改变。结论:阿奇霉素注射液与5种常用输液配伍在24 h内是稳定的。
Objective: To study the stability of compatibility of azithromycin injection with 5 kinds of common transfusion. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the change of absorption curve of compatibility mixture. Results: The characteristics, pH, absorption peak and absorption curve of the mixed solution did not change significantly at 25 ℃ and 24 h. Conclusion: The combination of azithromycin injection with 5 kinds of common transfusion is stable within 24 h.
