本文在备品备件供应商选择的复杂环境下,通过对备品备件进行分类管理,分析VMI(供应商管理库存)对B类备品备件的适应性,构建供应商评价指标体系,运用AHP(层次分析法)对供应商进行评价和优化选择。
This article analyzes the adaptability of VMI (supplier management inventory) to the spare parts of the category B through the classification and management of the spare parts under the complex environment selected by the spare parts suppliers, constructs the evaluation index system of the suppliers, uses AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process ) Evaluate and optimize suppliers.
