“思考与行动”是高中生主体性德育的探究和实践的关键性因素;近几年来,我国经济飞速发展,各项利国利民的政策逐渐得到完善和落实,在这种背景下,我国对高中生教育更加重视,在主体性德育方面提出了相关方案如1999年国务院批准了教育部制定的《面向二十一世纪教育振兴行动计划》,并且有了更深层次的探索和实践,但是德育并没有在实质上发生改变,甚至出现了全国高中生德育的地域性差异和不平衡。因此“思考和行动”是我们在完备高中生主体性德育过程中最关心的问题。
