约占一半的城市人口呼吸过于短促,在吸入的氧气尚未深入至肺叶下部时,就已开始呼气了。习惯于这种“急促呼吸”者,大多是长期伏案工作者。他们呼吸时往往依赖上肺而不是横膈膜。
About half of the city’s inhabitants breathe too short and exhaled when inhaled oxygen has not reached the lower lobes. Accustomed to this “rapid breathing”, mostly long-term desk workers. They often rely on the lungs rather than the diaphragm when they breathe.
