[目的]建立一种实用有效的塑料食品包装材料浸泡液中钡元素测定的痕量分析法。[方法]应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法,探讨了适合的样品处理方法,仪器工作条件、升温程序等参数以及基体改进剂的合理选用方式。[结果]钡的浓度在0~80 ng/ml的范围内呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 2,方法的检出限为7.5 ng/ml,RSD≤3.35%,回收率为95.6%~102.6%。[结论]该法操作简便,灵敏度和准确度满足此类样品测定要求,应用于塑料食品包装材料浸泡液中钡含量的分析,是一种灵敏、准确、实用的方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a practical and effective trace analysis method for the determination of barium in the soaking solution of plastic food packaging materials. [Method] With graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, the suitable methods of sample processing, instrument working conditions, temperature program and other suitable parameters of matrix modifier were discussed. [Result] The results showed that the concentration of barium was linear in the range of 0 ~ 80 ng / ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 2. The detection limit of the method was 7.5 ng / ml with the RSD of 3.35%. The recovery was 95.6% ~ 102.6%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, sensitive and accurate to meet the requirements of determination of such samples. It is a sensitive, accurate and practical method for the analysis of barium content in soaking solution of plastic food packaging materials.
