目的:总结硬膜外阻滞技术治疗扩张型心肌病并心衰患者的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析16例扩张型心肌病并心衰患者行硬膜外阻滞技术治疗的临床资料。结果:本组患者无1例出现感染、脱管、渗药等并发症,均治疗护理后好转出院。结论:采用科学的护理措施是有效保障手术的成功和满意的治疗效果的关键。
Objective: To summarize the nursing measures of epidural block in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. Methods: The clinical data of 16 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure undergoing epidural block were retrospectively analyzed. Results: None of the patients in this group had complications such as infection, debridement and osmosis. All patients were cured after treatment and discharged. Conclusion: The use of scientific nursing measures is the key to effective protection of the success of surgery and satisfactory therapeutic effect.
