特殊学生是指个人素质、家庭条件、社会背景情况特殊,需要给予特殊教育、帮扶或关心、注意的学生。特殊学生是个中性概念,不能把他们等同于差生,应将他们视为主客观条件特殊,需要加以特殊照顾和帮助的对象。做好特殊学生的转化工作,是一个班级稳定的前提,也是一个良好班集体形成的关键,因此,转化特殊生,成为班主任工作的一个重点和难点。
Special students refer to students whose personal qualities, family conditions and social background are special and require special education, help or care, and attention. Special students are a neutral concept. They can not be equated with poor students. They should be regarded as objects whose objective conditions are special and need special care and assistance. To do a good job of the transformation of special students is a stable premise of a class and a key to the formation of a good class. Therefore, it has become a key and difficult task for class teachers to transform special students.
