近些年来,随着人们生活水平的不断改善和提高,人们对精神文化生活的需求也是日益剧增,在推动社会精神文明建设的过程中公共文化服务起到了关键作用。虽然,我国的公共文化服务建设进程不断加快,各项基础文化服务设施已逐步完善,却由于文化传统观念以及文化基础设施的影响,目前的公共文化服务工作依然显露出很多问题。因此,发挥民间团体的价值和作用,引导群众积极参与公共文化服务的建设工作中,并从中实现自我服务、自我教育和自我表现。本文分析了民间团体在公共文化服务中的作用,以及提出了几种有效的发展对策。
In recent years, with the constant improvement and improvement of people’s living standards, people’s demand for spiritual and cultural life is also increasing rapidly. Public cultural services play a key role in promoting the construction of social spiritual civilization. Although the process of building public cultural services in our country has been accelerating and various basic cultural service facilities have been gradually improved, due to the influence of cultural traditions and cultural infrastructure, the current public cultural service work still reveals many problems. Therefore, giving play to the value and role of civil society and leading the masses to actively participate in the construction of public cultural services, and from them realize self-service, self-education and self-expression. This article analyzes the role of civil society in public cultural services and proposes several effective development strategies.
