随着国际社会的不断发展、进步,我们逐步迈上了经济一体化的道路。因而,具有国际性的法律人才的需求在不断增大。这就促使了法律英语课堂的建立。但是,由于经济、政治等一系列因素的制约,在教材的编写、教学的目标、师资的力量、教学的设备等方面依旧存在很多缺陷和难题。所以,我们应当本着具体问题具体分析的哲学思想,把握好法律英语教学的特点,因地制宜的制定高效率的教学模式和学习机制。
With the continuous development and progress of the international community, we have gradually stepped into the path of economic integration. As a result, there is a growing demand for international legal professionals. This prompted the establishment of legal English class. However, due to the constraints of a series of economic, political and other factors, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the compilation of teaching materials, teaching objectives, teachers’ strength and teaching equipment. Therefore, we should, based on the philosophical thinking specifically analyzed on specific issues, grasp the characteristics of legal English teaching and formulate efficient teaching modes and learning mechanisms according to local conditions.
