化学分析法测定金属镍中0.3%以上的钴,笔者认为以新钴试剂最佳,可以不经任何分离手续而直接显色测定,但是,单个发色镍量不得超过7毫克。因此,镍中更低含量的钴,均需要萃取及反萃取分离镍或富集钴,手续冗长繁琐。本文在前人工作基础中,采用了丁二肟沉淀镍,并发现加大亚硝酸钾及盐酸羟胺的用量,可使钴的催化极谱波更加灵敏,由此拟定了简便测定金属镍中0.0005%以上钴的方法。本法速度快,成本低,灵敏度高,相对误差不超过20%,回收率90%以上。
