本刊综合报道 我国政府采购工作于1996年开始试点,到2000年已在全国铺开,目前,正由初创阶段迅速转入全面推行阶段。完善制度、规范程序、提高人员素质、总结经验等成为各地政府采购工作的重要内容,省级政府采购工作会议、培训和经验交流等相应活动也随之蓬勃展开。2001年7月以来,本刊记者分别参加和采访了重庆、黑龙江、新疆、陕西等省(市、自治区)举办的各种活动,予以报道,以显示我国政府采购工作走向新阶段的概貌。
The magazine comprehensively reported that the government procurement work in China started its pilot project in 1996 and spread throughout the country by the year 2000. At present, it is rapidly shifting from the initial stage to the full-scale implementation stage. Perfecting the system, standardizing procedures, improving the quality of personnel, summing up the experience and so on have become the important contents of the government procurement work in all localities. Corresponding activities such as the provincial government procurement work conference, training and exchange of experience have also started to flourish. Since July 2001, our correspondents have participated in and interviewed various activities held in Chongqing, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang and Shaanxi provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) respectively and reported them to show the overview of the government procurement work going to a new stage in our country.
