目的探讨“小儿增食灵”合剂对小儿厌食症模型幼龄大鼠下丘脑β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的影响。方法采用病因模拟法建立小儿厌食症动物模型,对模型幼鼠下丘脑β-EP的含量进行检测。结果“小儿增食灵”合剂可明显增加厌食症幼龄大鼠食欲,提高下丘脑β-EP记数水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论“小儿增食灵”合剂能明显增加厌食症幼龄大鼠的食欲,促进下丘脑β-EP分泌可能是该药治疗小儿厌食症的重要作用机理之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of “Zaoshiling Ling” mixture on hypothalamic β-endorphin (β-EP) content in infantile anorexia model. Methods The animal model of anorexia nervosa was established by etiological simulation to detect the contents of β-EP in the hypothalamus of model young rats. Results “Infantile Zenglixiling” mixture can significantly increase the appetite of young rats with anorexia and increase the level of beta-EP in hypothalamus (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion “Pediatric ZengLingLing” can significantly increase the appetite of young rats with anorexia and promote the secretion of hypothalamic β-EP, which may be one of the important mechanisms of this drug in the treatment of pediatric anorexia.
