现今社会的发展取得了巨大进步的同时也对环境造成非常严重的伤害,特别是有关企业的环境污染,而制革业则是其中之一。我国在环境污染问题上存在较大的不足。本文将探讨有关制革业上市公司的环境会计信息披露问题,同时提出需要加强有关企业的信息披露内部控制、完善我国环境法律法规体系、提高有关群体对于环保意和环境信息披露的认识,以完善我国制革业上市公司环境会计信息披露的规范性。
