国家了入境检验检疫局３月中旬颁布了《进出口化妆品监督检验管理办法》，并于２０００年４月１日起施行第一章总则第一条为规范进出口化妆口监督检验管理工作 ,根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》及其实施条例和《化妆品卫生监督条例》等法律法规的有关规定 ,制定本办法
