红屿别墅是北戴河区域首次通过招拍挂方式取得的别墅用地。在只有70平方公里可用土地的北戴河,这个占地250亩的纯市场运作的别墅项目可谓是前所未有,也相当的稀缺和强势。虽然开发商拿地的成本较高,据说比顺义周边的地价都高,但其所拥有的市场价值应该会让开发商满钵而归的。红屿别墅将在8月1号正式开盘,开发商前期透露的价格,大概在5600—13000元/平方米之间。目前,项目开设了北京和北戴河两个地区的销售热线,据说目前的客户反馈情况是30%来自北京,30%来自东北和山西,30%来自北戴河当地和唐山。
