在组织资料的利用工作中,一年来,我们汇集、整理、编写了一些材料,在配合中心工作,提供领导参考方面起了一些作用。但随着大跃进形势的发展,领导同志需要的材料是愈来愈多了,而且简单地提供原材料已不能完全适应他们的要求,这就向我们提出了一个问题,如何将原材料加工,编出一些既简练,又带有综合性,既有一般情况,又有具体做法的材料,使领导同志用较少的时间了解较多的情况。在这个问题面前,我们尝试着用这样两种形式来编写材料:一是用自己的语言综合整理材料;二是专题摘编带有方针、政策性的口号提法。前一种做法,根据中心运动和领导的需要确定专题后,需要收集、阅看较多的材料,全面分析,决定取
