本文通过运用文献资料、表象训练法等研究方法,来探究关于表象训练法在标枪技能学习教学中的应用进行分析。对本领域稍有研究的的学者不难发现,表现训练法已经被广泛运用到各个运动项目中来,为什么表象训练法会如此备受欢迎呢?表象训练法在标枪技能学习中又发挥着怎样的作用呢?,我们将带着这些问题一起进行相关探析,希望能够为中学体育训练标枪项目的学生提供理论基础和参考依据。
This paper analyzes the application of the image training method in the javelin skill learning teaching through the use of literature, image training and other research methods. It is not difficult for scholars who have studied in this field to find out that the training method of performance has been widely used in various sports. Why should the training of imagery be so popular? How does the training method of imagery play its role in the learning of javelin? The role ?, We will carry on with these issues related analysis, hoping to provide the theoretical basis and reference for students training javelin project in secondary schools.
