为探讨国际金融危机对国际贸易保护的影响以及我国行业和企业的应对对策,中国科学技术发展战略研究院在今年3月组织召开了“中国科技论坛——应对国际金融危机TBT(技术贸易壁垒)措施研讨会”。来自政府部门、行业、研究机构和企业的专家重点讨论了近期国际技术性贸易措施发展趋势、我国TBT应对体系建设及应对方法、企业应对TBT的实践等。本刊摘发部分观点。
In order to explore the impact of the international financial crisis on the protection of international trade and the countermeasures of industries and enterprises in China, the China Science and Technology Development Strategy Institute held a “China Science and Technology Forum” in March this year to tackle the international financial crisis TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade ) Measures seminar ".
